Managed hosting & infrastructure
Hosting is optional. It isn't automatically part of every project. When you want us to manage it, we take care of the environment your website or application runs in.

Do you support software you didn't build?
Often, yes. We support qualifying third-party systems after a technical evaluation, so we understand a system's condition before taking responsibility for it.
Is hosting included with every project?
No. Managed hosting and infrastructure are optional. You can use our hosting and infrastructure management, or keep your current hosting and use our maintenance and support services.
Can we get technical support without a larger development project?
Yes. Standalone technical support engagements are available, each with a defined scope and terms.
Do you process payroll?
No. Nebijane doesn't provide direct payroll processing. We don't calculate pay or deductions, distribute wages, handle payroll funds, or withhold, remit, or file payroll taxes. We work on the technology around payroll: connecting time-tracking, scheduling, and bookkeeping systems with your payroll platform, and automating and supporting those workflows.
Do you offer traditional monthly bookkeeping?
Yes. Nebijane provides ongoing monthly bookkeeping, including QuickBooks Online management, reconciliations, transaction categorization, and financial reporting. We can also help bring books current through historical cleanup.
Can you connect QuickBooks Online to our other systems?
Often, yes. QuickBooks integrations and bookkeeping workflow automation are part of how we approach financial systems. We'll look at the tools you use and the work involved before recommending anything.
