1. About Nebijane

Nebijane LLC (“Nebijane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida limited liability company that develops and presents software products designed around specific operational work.

The current Nebijane website provides information about Nebijane and its products, including ShiftSideKick and RouteSideKick.

RouteSideKick is currently described as IN DEVELOPMENT.

The current Nebijane website does not provide public software accounts, subscription checkout, billing management, or paid product access.

2. Website Use

You may use the Nebijane website for lawful informational and business purposes.

You agree not to:

• use the website in violation of applicable law;
• attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security;
• submit spam, malicious content, or abusive material through the Contact form;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, anti-spam controls, or other protective measures;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a material way; or

3. Contact Form

The Nebijane website includes a Contact form for general, product, support, business, billing, privacy, legal, and other inquiries.

When you submit the Contact form:

• you should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request; and

5. ShiftSideKick

Nebijane currently presents ShiftSideKick on this website as workforce scheduling and team-operations software.

The Nebijane marketing website itself does not currently provide ShiftSideKick account registration, login, pricing, checkout, subscription management, or software access.

Any future product-specific access, subscription, billing, refund, cancellation, or license terms should be governed by the applicable ShiftSideKick product terms when those terms are made available.

6. RouteSideKick

RouteSideKick is currently IN DEVELOPMENT.

Information about RouteSideKick is provided to explain what Nebijane is building.

Nothing on the current Nebijane website guarantees:

• a launch date;
• commercial availability;
• pricing;
• subscription access;
• completion of any specific planned capability; or
• availability of any feature that is still under development.

7. No Current Website Subscriptions or Billing

The current Nebijane website does not offer:

• paid subscriptions;
• public checkout;
• auto-renewing plans;
• billing portals;
• customer invoices;
• self-service cancellations; or
• refunds through this website.

Accordingly, these Terms do not currently establish refund windows, auto-renewal terms, cancellation rules, free-trial rules, or payment-processing terms.

If Nebijane later introduces paid services or subscriptions through this website or a product website, the applicable billing, cancellation, and refund terms should be provided before or when those services become available.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nebijane website and its content may include:

• Nebijane branding and logos;
• ShiftSideKick and RouteSideKick product branding;
• website copy;
• product screenshots and previews;
• illustrations and artwork;
• page designs; and
• other original materials.

Except where otherwise stated, these materials are owned by or licensed to Nebijane and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for ordinary informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms claims that any Nebijane, ShiftSideKick, or RouteSideKick name or mark is federally registered or protected by a specific registration unless separately stated.

9. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Nebijane or its products, you understand that Nebijane may consider and use that feedback without creating an obligation to compensate you.

This section does not transfer ownership of confidential materials, proprietary content, or other rights that you do not intend to provide.

Do not send confidential business information through the general Contact form unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on third-party infrastructure or service providers, such as hosting or email-delivery services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nebijane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the current marketing website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nebijane’s aggregate liability arising from use of the current website will be limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to Nebijane for use of this website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Because the current Nebijane website does not charge visitors for website access, this limitation may result in a liability cap of zero for claims arising solely from use of the marketing website, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of content through the Contact form that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
