Accessibility Statement

1. Our Accessibility Approach

Nebijane uses accessibility-conscious design and development practices across the current marketing website.

Current implementation includes:

• semantic page landmarks such as header, navigation, main content, and footer;
• a “Skip to main content” link;
• native links, buttons, and form controls where appropriate;
• visible keyboard focus treatments for primary interactive elements;
• structured page headings and lists;
• accessible labels and validation states on the Contact form;
• descriptive text or appropriate decorative treatment for images; and
• reduced-motion behavior for some visual effects when a visitor has enabled a reduced-motion preference.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. These measures should not be interpreted as a claim that every page, component, device, browser, or assistive-technology combination has been formally verified.

2. Keyboard Navigation

The current Nebijane website is designed so that its primary navigation, links, calls to action, legal-page navigation, and Contact form controls can be reached using a keyboard.

The site also includes a skip link that allows keyboard users to move directly to the main page content.

The mobile navigation includes keyboard-focused behavior such as focus movement and Escape-key handling when JavaScript is available.

Nebijane has not yet completed a formal end-to-end keyboard audit across every supported browser and device combination.

3. Contact Form Accessibility

The Nebijane Contact form currently includes accessibility-related features such as:

• visible labels;
• programmatic label and field associations;
• required-field indicators;
• validation messages associated with the relevant fields;
• an error summary;
• success and failure status messaging intended to be announced by assistive technologies;
• a native select control; and
• an anti-spam honeypot that is removed from normal keyboard interaction.

The form continues to use server-side validation for submitted information.

4. Images and Visual Content

Nebijane generally distinguishes between meaningful and decorative imagery.

Decorative images may be hidden from assistive technologies when nearby text already communicates the relevant meaning.

Product names and important product information are presented as real text rather than relying on images alone.

Where product screenshots or previews are used meaningfully, the site uses concise descriptive alternative text where appropriate.

5. Motion

Some areas of the Nebijane website use transitions or scroll-based visual enhancements.

The site includes support for the prefers-reduced-motion setting in several current styles and behaviors so that some motion is reduced or removed when a visitor requests reduced motion.

Important website content is intended to remain understandable without relying on animation.

Reduced-motion behavior has not yet been formally tested across every page, browser, and assistive-technology combination.

6. Color and Contrast

Nebijane uses a dark visual system with light text, visible form controls, focus treatments, and text-based success and error states.

We continue to review color and contrast as part of the website design process.

Nebijane is not currently making a formal claim that every color combination on the website has been independently tested or certified to meet a specific WCAG contrast threshold.

7. Standards as a Reference

Nebijane may use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) as a reference when evaluating and improving the website.

At this time, Nebijane is not representing the current website as formally certified or verified as conforming to WCAG 2.1 AA, WCAG 2.2 AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or any other specific accessibility standard.

8. Testing and Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility work may include code review, responsive review, keyboard review, assistive-technology testing, contrast review, and other forms of manual or automated evaluation.

The current Nebijane repository does not yet include a dedicated automated accessibility testing suite such as axe, Pa11y, Lighthouse CI, or Playwright accessibility testing.

Areas that may receive additional review include:

• full keyboard navigation across all public pages;
• screen-reader testing;
• measured color contrast;
• browser zoom and operating-system text scaling;
• reduced-motion behavior;
• mobile navigation behavior with assistive technologies; and
• future website components as they are added.

We may update this statement as testing and implementation mature.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

Some website functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure or services.

Nebijane does not control the accessibility of third-party websites, browsers, operating systems, email providers, or other services that are outside the Nebijane website itself.

If third-party services are added to the website later, their accessibility behavior may differ from Nebijane-controlled pages.

10. Accessibility Feedback

If you experience difficulty using the Nebijane website or encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know through the Nebijane Contact page.

Use the Contact form and choose General question or Privacy or legal, then describe the issue you encountered.

When reporting an accessibility issue, information such as the page involved, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using may help us understand the problem.

We do not currently publish a dedicated accessibility email address.

11. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement as the website changes, accessibility reviews are completed, or our practices evolve.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this statement.
