How do I apply?
Complete the affiliate application, then verify your email address. Your application is reviewed after verification, and we email you when a decision is made.
Is acceptance automatic?
No. Every application is reviewed manually, and Nebijane may approve or decline any application.
Which Nebijane products can I promote?
Only products marked as eligible above, and only after your application is approved and the program opens for promotion. RouteSideKick is in development and is not available for affiliate promotion.
How are referrals tracked?
When someone follows your referral link, Nebijane records a referral click and sends the visitor to the product website. If they create a qualifying account within the product’s referral window, the signup is attributed to you. Referral links contain only your referral code and the product—no personal information.
When does a referral qualify?
A referral generally qualifies when a genuine new customer creates an account for an eligible product after following your link and within the referral window, and the referral is not a self-referral or otherwise invalid. The full rules are in the Affiliate Program Terms.
Where can I see my referral links?
In your affiliate dashboard after approval. Log in to view your referral code and the links for each eligible product.
How do commissions work?
Commissions are earned on eligible payments actually received from customers attributed to you—not on signups or free plans. The rate, duration, referral window, and hold period for each product are shown in your dashboard and governed by the program terms.
How are refunds and cancellations handled?
If a payment that generated a commission is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the related commission may be reversed. A customer canceling a subscription does not by itself reverse commissions already earned on prior eligible payments.
When are affiliates paid?
Commission payouts are not yet operational. Before payouts begin, Nebijane will publish the payout method, schedule, any minimum amount, and the information required from affiliates.
Do I have to disclose that I am an affiliate?
Yes. Every recommendation must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, close to the recommendation or link. See the Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines for examples.
Can I use Nebijane or product logos?
Approved affiliates may use the brand files provided in the affiliate resources area, without altering them and without implying that Nebijane endorses you.
Can I run paid advertising?
Paid-search advertising that uses Nebijane, ShiftSideKick, RouteSideKick, or similar brand terms requires Nebijane’s prior written approval. Other paid advertising must follow the program terms, the disclosure guidelines, and the advertising platform’s rules.
Can I register domains or social accounts that use Nebijane or product names?
No, not without Nebijane’s written permission. This includes names that are confusingly similar to Nebijane, ShiftSideKick, or RouteSideKick.
Can I refer myself?
No. Purchases by you, or by a business you own or control, are not eligible for commission.
What happens if my account is suspended?
Your referral links become inactive and you must stop promoting Nebijane products as an affiliate while the account is suspended. You can still log in to see your account status.
