RouteSideKick is being developed for recurring field-service businesses that visit customer locations on a schedule.
Pool service. Lawn care. Pest control. Housekeeping. Property service. And other businesses built around recurring stops.
The challenge is bigger than getting from Point A to Point B.
You need to know who needs service, when they need it, who is assigned, what service is scheduled, and how those stops fit into a workable day—and what to do when a visit has to be rescheduled, skipped, or canceled.
RouteSideKick is being built around that problem. It is not yet generally available.

Organize customers and service locations.
Keep customer records, primary contacts, service locations, and structured addresses connected to the work.
Plan recurring service.
Create recurring service plans for weekly, every-two-weeks, or monthly schedules that generate scheduled appointments.
Build the service day.
Review scheduled work on the day board, assign technicians, and organize appointments into a route for the service day. Reschedule, skip, or cancel an appointment when plans change.
Put stops in a workable order.
Build a technician route and manually order its stops around the customers who need service that day.
Carry the day into the field.
Technicians use My Work to see their assigned visits and mark each one started, completed, or unable to complete.
